Oberlin University. Firstly, it describes the rationale behind the need for an overhaul of the previous program as well as the principles that were used to guide the development of the new program. Two key elements used in the design of the program included CEFR-based descriptors and blended learning. Secondly, it reports on the processes that were undertaken for syllabus design, curriculum development and faculty development. Finally, it summarizes and reflects upon the teacher feedback on the new courses with a view to make improvements in subsequent years.
