概要 Amidst aging of the population and a rapid decline in the working-age population, the lodging and food services industry has the highest hiring and turnover rates of all industries. Rates of shortages of full-time inn and hotel employees are also becoming more serious. The hospitality industry needs productive organizations and sustainable working patterns. In order to derive hypotheses, the current work will attempt to define concepts, review the literature, and conduct a field survey of a higher education institution for hospitality management overseas. The topics explored are innovation and productivity in innovative services, sustainability in terms such as human capital, human resources, diversity, inclusion, and engagement in well-being, and the use of AI and market complexity.
