概要 | We present 1"-2" resolution observations made with RAINBOW at 86 GHz in the continuum and SO (J=22-11) line. RAINBOW greatly increases the sensitivity of the interferometer system. The distribution of SO hot cores in W49N coincides with CH3CN (Wilner et al). SO hot cores are adjacent to ultra-compact HII regions (UCHII), i.e. clusters of massive stars. There is a large-scale velocity gradient. At the redshifted velocities, SO has a peak to the west of UCHII component G and north of B. On the other hand, the peak of SO is coincident with component G at blueshifted velocities. |
