概要 | This study conducts empirical research to analyze corporate behavior based on innovation theory. In this study, innovation is defined as the act of doing or introducing something new that differs from the current approach. Effective innovation can help companies overcome irrational aspects as well as influence both market and management results. The subjects of this study comprise lodging companies, bridal companies, and elected hospitality management companies. The results state that compared to the lodging and bridal companies, the elected hospitality management companies emphasize employee satisfaction, along with a local sharing and management philosophy. In addition, they perform challenging activities and attempt to differentiate themselves from other companies while developing human resources. |
