概要 | The nature of the service industry is in the level of hospitality that ensures the highest customer satisfaction. I conducted an empirical research in that companies were assessed in terms of their originating the elements of market competitiveness and companies that want to be valued in Japan. The results reserved that for the activation of the company there was a need to promote the development of human resources in terms of understanding customers, and developing a working environment.
Adult basic skills are the requisite elements that correspond with the hospitality industry. Consequently, I conducted another empirical research on student’s experiential learning. The study showed that experiential learning is effective in improving adult basic skills. At the same time, it is confirmed that methods of experiential learning differ depending on the skill being developed, which include autonomy, the ability to execute, and the ability to forcefully grasp a situation. |
